BMW ATC-35L transfer case rebuild and repair using OEM parts. In this video, we rebuild a BMW ATC 35L transfer case used in BMW xDrive systems.
Throughout the entire repair process, we use only genuine OEM components to ensure
proper operation, durability, and long-term reliability.
During the rebuild process, we:
- replace the transfer case input driveshaft
- rebuild the rear output shaft
- replace all bearings and seals
- rebuild the transfer case clutch
- install a genuine OEM clutch plate set
- demonstrate the correct clutch clearance adjustment procedure
